Coffee Returns: 

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs. 

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  •  You may request a return within 7 days of the purchase date.
  •  The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  1. Return Process

     To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at beachville.coffee@gmail.com, Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  1. Return Shipping 

     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds         

We reserve the right to issue a refund, contingent upon sufficient proof of non-performance or product defects.

  1. Refund Process:

   Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  1. Refund Timeline:

    Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
